What your agent can do with Google Sheets
Save the caller's details as a new row in the Google Sheet. Fill every column you can; ask the caller for anything missing.

Look up rows in the connected Google Sheet — e.g. find the caller's booking or order by phone number or name. Returns each match with its row_number (needed to update it).

Change specific cells of one row in the connected Google Sheet. First find the row with the find-rows tool, then pass its row_number and only the values that changed.

What you'll need to connect Google Sheets
Connect with OAuth. In Telenow, open Integrations → Google Sheets and provide:
- Spreadsheet ID (optional default) — Optional — each agent tool picks its own spreadsheet when you add it. Set this only as a fallback default.
- Tab name (optional default) — Sheet1
