What you'll need to connect AiSensy

Connect with an API key. In Telenow, open Integrations → AiSensy and provide:

  • API key
  • Project API password (optional) — AiSensy → Manage → Custom Apps. Sent as the X-AiSensy-Project-API-Pwd header.
  • API campaign name — An approved API campaign in AiSensy; the agent's message becomes template parameter 1.
  • AiSensy Project ID (optional) — From your AiSensy project URL. With this and the Project API password we can send real free-form replies inside the 24-hour window instead of substituting your text into a campaign template.
